Meet the Team
Dedication. Compassion. Friendship
Colette is one of the Managing Directors at Affinity Plus Home Support, alongside Elaine O’Connor, both of whom founded the company together in June of 2021. Colette is a native of Garryvoe, Co.Cork and has a wide range knowledge in the caring industry. Colette’s focus is to ensure that the staff of Affinity Plus Home Support receive strong support so that they can perform their duties to a high standard.
Elaine is one of the Managing Directors at Affinity Plus Home Support, alongside Colette Beausang, both of whom founded the company together in June of 2021. Elaine has come from the caring profession where she held the role of Care Manager in a reputable Home Care Company in Dublin South. Elaine’s focus is to ensure that the highest quality of Care is delivered to all Client’s of Affinity Plus Home Support.
Our Operations Manager, Grace has worked in the caring industry for 15 years. Grace works closely with the Managing Directors and is responsible for improving performance, strategic planning and ensuring that a high standard of Care is delivered across the board. Grace also provides day to day support to our Office Team members. Grace brings with her a wide range of insights & advice which is crucial for any business performance.
Katie began working for Affinity Plus Home Support on their first day in Business, back in June of 2021 as an Office Administrator. Katie was promoted to Office Manager in January of 2022. Katie works closely with Office Staff to ensure that the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, Katie provides Staff with administrative support, processes payroll and co-ordinates any meeting and events that may take place. Katie also creates Social Media content that’s exciting, valuable and eye-catching to the company’s target market.
Jordan began working with Affinity Plus in January of 2022 as a Care Assistant. In July of 2022, Jordan was promoted to Care Co-Ordinator. Jordan organizes the strategic management of client and carer schedules to ensure client care needs are met on a daily basis. Jordan also monitors and co-ordinates with Clients and their families in relation to the Care Plan needs. Jordan is a quick thinker and has exceptional problem-solving skills which are ideal qualities for the role he holds within the company.
Wendy began working for Affinity Plus in February 2022 as a Care Assistant. In December of 2022, Wendy was promoted to a Team Lead position. Wendy works alongside both the Office Manager and Care Assistants. Wendy’s role is to assist and support any staff members with any queries or concerns they may have. Wendy acts as a positive role model to colleagues and assists on completing Induction, Supervision and appraisals.
Sylvia began employment with Affinity Plus in October of 2023. Sylvia has years of administrative skills and has received her qualifications in bookkeeping and payroll. Sylvia is typically the first person you hear on the other end of the phone. Sylvia manages the booking of any up-skilling training courses for the Company’s Care Assistants, manages the Garda Vetting system, scans and uploads all documents to the Company’s files and orders all relevant PPE required.

My name is Patricia and I am a native of Mullingar, Co.Westmeath. Attending to the needs of others has always been a passion of mine. I have 15 years' experience as a mental health nurse attending to the needs of my clients in a holistic nature. I believe the needs of each individual are unique and always take care to get to know the individual before collaboratively creating a care plan that best suits them.
As well as a degree in mental health nursing. I hold a Masters in both Psychology and Applied Psychology, both of which have helped me to understand fully the psychological needs of individuals and how these can be met in a compassionate and considerate manner.
Patricia O'Loughlin Bsc, PGDip, MSc
My name is Catherine and I am a native of Ladysbridge, Co. Cork and moved to London in 2011 to study Physiotherapy. Since graduating, I have worked in inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and home based care, gaining a wealth of experience working with complex and diverse conditions across different communities. From completing rotations across various areas to specialising in musculoskeletal care, oncology care and specialist palliative rehabilitation, my passion for promoting excellent individualised care has grown. My experience so far has shown me it is pivotal to treat people holistically and actively listen to each individual to achieve a patient centred approach while providing a high level of evidence based care. I am delighted to support this great team to provide excellent care for their clients.
