About Affinity Plus

Colette is one of the Managing Directors at Affinity Plus Home Support, alongside Elaine O’Connor, both of whom founded the company together in June of 2021. Colette is a native of Garryvoe, Co.Cork and has a wide range knowledge in the caring industry. Colette’s focus is to ensure that the staff of Affinity Plus Home Support receive strong support so that they can perform their duties to a high standard.

Elaine is one of the Managing Directors at Affinity Plus Home Support, alongside Colette Beausang, both of whom founded the company together in June of 2021. Elaine has come from the caring profession where she held the role of Care Manager in a reputable Home Care Company in Dublin South. Elaine’s focus is to ensure that the highest quality of Care is delivered to all Client’s of Affinity Plus Home Support.

Katie began working for Affinity Plus Home Support on their first day in Business, back in June of 2021 as an Office Administrator. Katie was promoted to Office Manager in January of 2022. Katie works closely with Office Staff to ensure that the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, Katie provides Staff with administrative support, processes payroll and co-ordinates any meeting and events that may take place. Katie also creates Social Media content that’s exciting, valuable and eye-catching to the company’s target market.

Jordan began working with Affinity Plus in January of 2022 as a Care Assistant. In July of 2022, Jordan was promoted to Care Co-Ordinator. Jordan organizes the strategic management of client and carer schedules to ensure client care needs are met on a daily basis. Jordan also monitors and co-ordinates with Clients and their families in relation to the Care Plan needs. Jordan is a quick thinker and has exceptional problem-solving skills which are ideal qualities for the role he holds within the company.

Marie holds a vast amount of experience with over 30 years in the Caring industry both as a Registered General Nurse and Director of Nursing. Marie completes all of Affinity Plus’s in-house training such as Manual Handling, Induction, Dementia Awareness and Medication Management training. Marie manages all Client Care Plans, completes Assessments and Quality Assurance checks with Clients in a person centered manner while promoting health, dignity and wellbeing and is the key point of contact for all HSE Client’s.

Sylvia began employment with Affinity Plus in October of 2023. Sylvia has years of administrative skills and has received her qualifications in bookkeeping and payroll. Sylvia is typically the first person you hear on the other end of the phone. Sylvia manages the booking of any up-skilling training courses for the Company’s Care Assistants, manages the Garda Vetting system, scans and uploads all documents to the Company’s files and orders all relevant PPE required.
