Hand-washing
Wash your hands thoroughly and often with soap and water or hand sanitiser.
Social Distancing
Keep at least 2 metres away from people who are not in your social bubble.
Coughing Etiquette
Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue and put used tissues in the bin. Ensure you wash your hands after disposal.
Face Covering
Wear a face covering in public indoor spaces, public transport and other places where you feel you could be at risk.
Ventilation and Disinfection
Let fresh air into your home by opening windows and doors often. Clean and disinfect surfaces frequently.
